101年12月核發建築物之建造執照件數計2,879件，較上月增加0.91%；總樓地板面積為325萬6千平方公尺，較上月減少1.58%；使用執照件數計2,344件，較上月減少13.06%；總樓地板面積為248萬7千平方公尺，較上月減少28.79%。
