102年3月核發建築物之建造執照件數計2,676件，較上月增加43.64%；總樓地板面積為274萬平方公尺，較上月增加20.53%；使用執照件數計2,334件，較上月增加43.37%；總樓地板面積為201萬1千平方公尺，較上月增加8.17%。
