101年10月核發建築物之建造執照件數計2,489件，較上月增加7.28%；總樓地板面積為282萬平方公尺，較上月增加22.83%；使用執照件數計2,434件，較上月增加19.7%；總樓地板面積為260萬2千平方公尺，較上月增加29.3%。
