102年7月核發建築物之建造執照件數計2,862件，較上月增加3.62%；總樓地板面積為322萬4千平方公尺，較上月增加19.38%；使用執照件數計2,841件，較上月增加34.77%；總樓地板面積為297萬9千平方公尺，較上月增加36.25%。
